" Complex nose with toffee apples, vanilla pods, treacle and lots of citrus. Well rounded and pleasing mouth with diverse flavours from apple to zesty citrus. Lots of malt, some herbal notes, green grass. Light trace of a cidery note and some barley. An attractive sweetness all the way through. Almost gives something to please everybody! "
