" Custard Danish Pastry with an orange zest topping. Blood Orange and cardamom in the nose too. The palate gives rich and ripe fruits with hints of mandarin, cinnamon, syrup and manuka honey. The finish is smooth giving elements of fennel and more honey, with is the overriding character for this whisky. "
