Aquitaine, France
Tasting Note
" Saturated ruby/purple colour. Rich scent of black fruits, cedar, toasty oak vanillin and spice. There is a rocky mineral undertow, and at the moment, the fruit is being held back by the smooth but very grippy tannins. The mouthfeel is lovely, the fruit oozing through the wood. Fantastic promise when the oak loosens up. "
