From
Islay, Scotland
Tasting Note
" Seaside bonfire, gentle peat smoke and something oily reminiscent of an old ship’s engine room. Great deal of tropical fruit and citrus in the background and it benefits from a drop of water to get the fruity part a bit more into the background. It is a true class act with excellent flavour definition and huge complexity. "
