From
Highland, Scotland
Tasting Note
" A serious whisky with notes on the nose of freshly cut grass cuttings, moss, earth, petrichor, a hint of chalk dust and drying embers of maple charcoal. The palate is ginger snaps filled with brandy cream, pickled ginger atop the finest back cod, and some cracked pepper and sea sat. The finish is more hints of pickled ginger, oak spice and brandy snaps. "
