From
Barossa Valley. Langhorne Creek, Mclaren Vale, Australia
Tasting Note
" Deep inky crimson with a tiny light rim. Wonderful intense aromas of cassis, cedar, plum compote, ginger and peppery spice, liquorice and vanillin. The balance and interlocking of flavours and textures in the mouth is nothing short of miraculous! The tannins are plentiful and silky smooth. The acidity threads its way through the lush concentrated fruit and the spice/oak element is in total support. This wine is in cruising mode and will stay well ahead of the pack for a very long time.
