" Just as the autumn rain falls, you enter a botanical gardens. The moss gives off a wonderful aroma which is the first note in the glass here. This is followed by hints of asparagus, newly cut leather and sour dough bread. The palate is mossy, with hints of green apples baked with cinnamon and some big spices of malted rye. On the finish this gives a lovely sweetness which is nice respite from the spices in the palate. "
