From
Highland, Scotland
Tasting Note
" Smoke and oak are in perfect balance as they set the scene for dusty leather chairs, the embers of a peat fire and Black Forest Gateaux on the nose. The favours on the palate are smoked cherry, light oak (which develops well with time in the mouth), some salty tones and more red stone fruits. The smoke rises on the finish with a little green oak and some sea salt at the death. "
