Quite savoury and deep nuances, liquorice, spiced plum, underlying stoney minerality and compote of dark and red fruits. The palate flows in a beautiful smooth, tender way, energising the mouth and sparking off an intense bite and tight clench towards the finish. The aftertaste is long, mellow and immensely satisfying.
