" Opaque with bright, grainy rim. Cassis, chocolate and coffee lead on complex nose with some minty notes and dark, floral backing. Rich and full in the mouth with all the nose promised plus lots of sweet spice with vanilla and cinnamon in the main. Fine grained tannins and silky smooth texture. Great oak support. A wine with serious intention and will develop it’s obvious potential with another six to eight years in the bottle. "
