" Orange and spice open the nose with barley sugar and fruitcake to follow. Oak is fairly important on the nose with ginger and vanilla. Sedate entry into the mouth with flavours of stewed fruit, more ginger and vanilla then a big chunk of dark chocolate and strong orange flavour. Spicy oak fills in the background with barley sugar again making a show towards the fine finish. "
