With a commitment to spreading knowledge and enthusiasm for mixology, Bridget has designed beverage programs and conducted trainings for major national accounts, including Disney, Delta Airlines, American Airlines, and Crystal Cruise Line. Her influence extends beyond the bar, as she co-authored two influential books: "Market Fresh Mixology" and "Life, Love, Happiness and Cocktails."
Bridget’s contributions to the cocktail and beverage industry are vast and varied. She has collaborated with esteemed authors such as Tony Abou-Ganim and Kim Haasarud, and has worked alongside media icons like Oprah Winfrey, Guy Fieri, and Kathy Lee Gifford. Her accolades include winning the prestigious Tale of the Cocktail Bar Chef Competition, earning the Chicago Tribune Good Eats Award, and receiving the No Kid Hungry’s Share Our Strength Sustaining a Community award.
A dedicated advocate for philanthropy, Bridget has hosted charity beverage events for organizations such as the Bellagio, Locks of Love, Make a Wish Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity. She is the Founder of the National Charity Foundation of the United States Bartenders' Guild, an organization that has made significant contributions to cocktail culture worldwide.
Bridget’s commitment to education is evident in her founding of the Academy of Spirits and Fine Service, which provides comprehensive training for bartenders on the history of spirits and classic cocktails. Additionally, she established the Advanced Mixology Culinary Academy, further solidifying her reputation as a leader in beverage education.
