William Lowe MW is the Master Distiller and co-founder (along with his wife and business partner, Lucy) of the pre-eminent luxury gin producer Cambridge Distillery. With over a quarter of a century in the industry William has risen to become one of the world’s most influential experts in wines and spirits: the first and only Master Distiller and Master of Wine globally, three times awarded as distiller of the world's most innovative drinks, and an international wine and spirits competition judge. William is currently writing his PhD at Cambridge University on the "Chemistry of Quality in Wines and Spirits"
