Joanna's journey in wine has led her to become one of the UK's recognized sommeliers. She holds several notable certifications and titles, such as Best UK Sommelier of the Year 2025 Finalist, Advanced Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers Europe, Certified Sake Sommelier by the SSA, and an ASI Diploma. She is currently pursuing her Court of Master Sommeliers path while leading the wine program of Raffles London at the OWO. Her experience spans London's elite private members' clubs, most notably 67 Pall Mall, where she co-managed a wine list with eight thousand references, including a thousand available by the glass and working alongside the finest professionals in the industry. She has also held roles at Maison Estelle and Estelle Manor.
