He consults for liquid development and SKU presentation; curates menus and shelf offers for hospitality/retail venues, and leads insight events and category training for brands looking to enter into the AF sector. He is increasingly in demand as a judge and had the pleasure of judging Red and White full strength wines at CMdB in Mexico in 2024
