Born and raised in Guadalajara Mexico, Gaby moved to London, where her passion for hospitality and spirits history began. in 2003, she pursued a career in te drinks industry in London. In 2013, she became Brand ambassador, sharing her expertise in Tequila and agave spirits within in the UK. Then Since 2015, Gaby has served as Agave Ambassador for Specialty Brands, promoting Mexican culture and agave spirits through tastings, seminars and taking people to Mexico . She had also consulted for various brands and hospitality venues across Europe. Gaby’s mission is to reshape perceptions of agave spirits and celebrate Mexican heritage through her work.
