Luke Harbor's wine journey kicked off a decade ago in a prestigious country house hotel kitchen. From cooking to front of house and bartending, he's wanted to see the whole operation. Since 2016, Luke's been part of The Pig Hotel family, going from trainee sommelier to the Group Beverage Director. Interests include health and fitness, languages and keen to be cooking when time allows!
Luke has his WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines and is currently a Master of Wine student.
