Ahead of the closing date for its alternative drinks award, including low and no alcohol drinks, the IWSC is delighted to announce its new Low & No Trophy, sponsored by BevZero.
Following a healthy growth in entries, and with 23 drinks with an abv of 1.2% or below awarded a gold medal last year, the new Low & No Trophy will be awarded to the best performing producer within the low and no category.
Christelle Guibert, CEO for the IWSC comments: “As the IWSC continues to innovate, the addition of this new producer trophy means our low and no drinks awards are now completely aligned with the awards for our more traditional categories of wine and spirits.
“The confirmation of this new trophy will reward the top performing low and no producer from our specialist judging in July. The winner will be announced alongside our other producer trophy winners in September.”
Debbie Novograd, BevZero’s CEO added: "BevZero is proud to be sponsoring IWSC’s new 2022 Low & No Producer Trophy. With the continued growth of the no and low category, it is exciting to see IWSC increasing the recognition of the hard work and dedication that these brands have put into the category."
Entry to the IWSC’s alternative drink awards closes on Friday 3 June. Visit here for further information on how to enter.
