" Apple and peach skin, also almond choux pastry with a citrus shot. Nice sparkling bubbles, ripe characters in the mouth peach and guava give a vinous textural note. The biscuity element is quite restrained, the finish seems to have closed up slightly and this wine should have more to give. "
