Tasting Note
" Pale straw in colour with light green tints. The nose reveals incredible typicity and depth with green apple, fresh cut grass, subtle fresh asparagus and pea and crushed dried herbs on a fresh citrus backdrop. The palate shows off clean minerality with some serious fruit purity - bustling with lime leaf, winter melon, nettle and crisp green apples - all the while maintaining an elegance and poise. The amplitude of this wine is remarkable. The finish is bright and generous. Drink now or cellar up to 3 years. "
