From
Kinmen, Taiwan
Tasting Note
" Nose: Apple blossom and freshly-cut pear. Quite a bold and aromatic nose with a hint of smoked grain. Taste: A little grain and sweetness alongside toasted rye crackers. Herbaceous notes follow, along with dark chocolate malt. The finish is warm, but not overly hot, and the higher % ABV captures the aromatics. "
