From
Lowland, Scotland
Tasting Note
" Wet sand in colour, there is a waft of drift wood and forest canapé, with whipped butter, and butter icing sweetness, and some chunky cut yellow fruit jam. The palate is caramelised fruit tart, with butter bean mash and some green herbs. A lovely finish of light cut oak, more gee, and a 'full fat' finish. "
