Tasting Note
" Light yellow with green/straw highlights. A flinty, mineral note of wetstone gives way to aromas of citrus, pink grapefruit with a touch of melon drenched in lime and mandarin zest. The palate is savoury with a low-key smokey spice element from perfectly judged oak treatment splashed with gorgeously focussed stone and citrus fruits, a creamy mid-palate which tightens up on the bright, extremely long finish. A very clever wine, perfectly judged by the winemaker to give maximum pleasure. "
