Andy’s wine journey began at Majestic Wine as a Trainee Manager, where he gained foundational experience. He then moved to Bibendum Wine in 2010, serving in various roles from Assistant Spirits Buyer to Replenishment Planner before settling on Wine Buying in 2012. Over the years he has looked after the majority of the major European regions as well as countries as diverse as China, Lebanon and Sake. He has worked his way through the WSET qualification system culminating in him gaining his Diploma qualification in 2015. Currently, he serves as a Wine Buyer at C & C Group, a role he has held since 2022. Here, he focuses on Champagne, Bordeaux, Provence, and England. He also manages the groups 500+ strong Fine Wine range.

Outside of buying Andy is also a regular wine competition judge as well as being a contributor to Bibendum’s ‘Fine Lees’ Magazine. He is also host’s a variety of in person and online tasting’s through Bibendum and Walker & Wodehouse’s tasting programme.
