Born and raised in Rosario, Argentina, my whisky career spans retail, education, writing, events and judging. Having been the 1st Argentinian in getting the WSET Lvl 3 in Spirits, and the CIBD General Certificate in Distilling, I was awarded the IWSC Emerging Talent in Spirits Trophy back in 2023, and since then I moved to Dublin to get stuck into the whisky industry. I specialize in whisky maturation, blending, and sensory analysis, and I've been honoured to curate the Celtic Cask whisky collection, the portfolio of the oldest single cask independant bottler in Ireland.
