From
Jerez, Spain
Tasting Note
" Bronze/amber bright colour. Quite a smoky nose of walnut and ashy embers; rancio, with sweet figs and caramelised oranges, as well as a savoury mushroom-stock element. The palate has great structure, with sapid, waxy and smoky elements threading through the figgy, marmalade-like fruit. Dry, bittersweet and almost meaty, with a long toasty finish. "
