Tasting Note
" Deep and oily black liquorice notes bring to mind Pontefract cakes or liquorice catherine wheels. This has a delightful mix of sweetness and dark, treacly, earthy bitterness. It has a rich, creamy texture with a little spice, and there is a very gentle flash of chilli before a long finish of anise and aniseed balls. "
