From
Speyside, Scotland
Tasting Note
" A nose of burning embers of a fire with baked apple, caramelised butter and golden delicious apple. Confectioners custard on the palate with wood smoke, sandalwood, and intense orange. The palate is well balanced of more orange, greater sandalwood and shortbread with apple turnover. A finish delivers cut grass and heather. "
