Tasting Note
" The nose beckons with distinct porty notes with light smokiness in the background. Red berries and nuts and some floral notes in the background. Firm but steady entry into the mouth with elegance in everyway. Despite the sweet characters there is a definite dryness as it moves with velvet smoothness across the palate. The port shows well and an array of spices come into play giving good complexity. Finely judged oak carries the flavourful whisky into long finish. "
