Emma is an award winning Sommelier who is currently the Director of Wine at Claridge’s Hotel, leading the wine program in one of the world’s most iconic hotels. Originally from New Zealand, she has worked for various Michelin Star restaurants around London, writing award winning wine lists and fostering talent in the next generation of Sommeliers.
