Federico is the Head Bartender at The Guards Bar at the Raffles at The O.W.O., having started his career in Italy, his home country, before moving to London in 2019. With experience at The Dorchester and The Donovan Bar, he is passionate about traveling and spirits, striving to merge these two passions in his work.
