A dedicated hospitality leader, Cam currently oversees the diverse Food & Beverage program at The Carriage House Hotel & Conference Centre in Calgary, Alberta, where he curates everything from intimate multi-course dinners to large-scale events. His approach is informed by a global career spanning hotels, retail, and education, as well as hands-on experience in the vineyards during wine harvests. Since earning the WSET Diploma in 2016, Cam has been a fixture on the international stage, contributing nearly a decade of expertise as a judge for the International Wine & Spirit Competition in London. While his consulting work has taken him around the world, he remains deeply committed to the local community where he values collaborating with his peers and has been honored to serve as a judge for the Stampede Cellar Showdown since its inaugural year in 2024. Cam resides in Calgary, Alberta, Canada where he continues to engage in wine education, charity work, and networking events.
