Adamo’s hospitality journey began in Italy in the early ’90s where, during higher education, his passion for service and creativity first came to life. After gaining extensive experience across hotels, bars, and restaurants, he moved to London in the early 2000s to immerse himself in the industry’s vibrant international scene. Over the years, Adamo has managed venues, hosted private and corporate events, and consulted for leading brands — building a career defined by experience, innovation, and genuine connection. Following several successful years with ItalSpirits, where he refined his expertise in marketing and brand activation, Adamo now leads his own events and consultancy business. Alongside this, he proudly serves as Operations & Logistics Director for the UK Bartenders’ Guild, continuing to support and elevate the hospitality community.
