Joseph has worked in almost every sector of the trade; from making wine in Bordeaux and England whilst completing his BSc in Viticulture and Oenology, to selling fine wine to London's most prestigious restaurants early on in his time at Bibendum. Joseph has been in buying for the past 7 years, covering and travelling regularly to all major regions of the wine world. As a senior buyer at Marks & Spencer, Joseph is responsible for Australia, New Zealand, USA, Iberia, Loire, Rhone and the South of France.
