The sapidity in the mouth gives away the origins, as does the tension. Wonderful depth of flavour: Seville oranges, oak, vanilla and soy, hazelnuts and cocoa powder, and soy sauce. Velvety in texture, quite savoury, with great depth, wonderful balanced complexity and a long dry finish. "
