From
Jerez, Spain
Tasting Note
" Deep burnished golden amber with russet hues. Slightly dusty initially, with dried porcini mushrooms, dried apricot, plums, salted macadamia nuts, fudge and toast. The sapidity in the mouth gives away the origins, as does the tension. Wonderful depth of flavour: Seville oranges, oak, vanilla and soy, hazelnuts and cocoa powder, and soy sauce. Velvety in texture, quite savoury, with great depth, wonderful balanced complexity and a long dry finish. "
