From
Languedoc-Roussillon, France
Tasting Note
" Dark ruby colour to rim. Intense rich ripe juicy black fruits, olives, smoked meats, bitter chocolate and a drenching of cassis. A intriguing elusive wild gamey scent percolates through the aroma, also Asian spices and graphite. Fairly muscular structure underneath the succulent lavish fruit weight, almost hidden by the lovely extract and fine fresh acidity. Great finish to a great wine. "
