Tasting Note
" Dried meadow grasses, sweet baked apple pie, a hint of spice, Quite delightful flavours, lemony with floral fragrances. The mousse is persistent and very fine, lifting and defining the citrus and sweet apple flavours. Unobtrusive leesy notes add to the complexity and lend texture, the finish is juicily delicious, off dry and taught with zesty acidity. Very well made an absolute delight to drink. "
