Tasting Note
" Pale straw in colour with lime gold flecks. An interesting nose lends to ripe, crunchy fruit candy, warm demerara and marshmallows with a solid lime, mango, peach and pear backdrop. The wine shows this exciting fruit sweetness even though it is dry and crisp. The palate follows suit with an array of warm tropical, candied fruits on the mid-palate, a slight chalky, mineral nuance and finishes dry and fresh. Drink now or cellar up to 3 years. "
