Tasting Note
" A delectable nose, with rich spice, raisin and sultana notes as well a touch of caramelized brown sugar, instantly reminiscent of a brandy flambé christmas pudding. Flavours of baking spice start on the palate with cinnamon, cassia, nutmeg and a touch of clove. These are followed by fruity raisin and dried citrus peel notes, before some toasted wood and - finally - a dry resinous lift on the finish. "
