" Pulled pork on the nose with oils that carry spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and dried pine cones. There are some cloves, too leading to a backbone of spice on the palate, with hints of vanilla, caramel and mint chocolate chip ice cream. The finish is fresh with a hint of cookie dough. "
