Tasting Note
" A really 'deep' peaty note to this, with solves of damp, old earth giving a great body to the other aromas of basil, mint and oak. The palate is equally as deep in richness and flavour with sweetness combining with the smoke, cloves and basil. On the finish, the spices are converted to cinnamon and oak dryness. "
