" Pale gold colour, continuously rising small bubbles. Rich, complex aromatics with plenty of ripe apple fruit and doughy autolysis. Palate is beautifully integrated, mature, powerful flavours, lovely mouthfeel and bracing acidity, honeyed. Long finish. Good state of development, but will keep. Delicious ! "
