" Pale gold with light green notes. Fine, steady bead with gentle crown. Lime and brioche on the nose with gentle effervescence yet delivers big, creamy mousse in the mouth. Fresh, crisp and clean with citrus characters. Long, fresh finish. Probably best in the zest of youth. "
