" Very pale lemon-green colour with amazingly persistent bubbles and cordon. The aroma shows clear varietal definition and finesse with apricot, peach, lemon custard and apple accented by delicate fresh yeast. The palate is elegant with expressive fruit, fresh acidity and a creamy mousse dancing across the palate. Lingering aromatic finish. Refined. A lovely wine. "
