IWSC announces the winner of its 2022 Spirits Distributor of the Year award

Following last week’s announcement of our shortlist for the Spirits Distributor of the Year accolade, sponsored by Karuizawa Distillers, the IWSC is delighted to announce the 2022 winner of this much-contested award.

Fighting off a worthy shortlist, we are thrilled to announce Speciality Drinksas the 2022 recipient of this title.

Hailed by our judges as a company that really knows its stuff and proving through its actions that it is a business that genuinely cares about its customers, with a quality portfolio and engaged and knowledgeable people, Speciality Drinks is the full package.

Truly in touch with their customer, and showing they care, not only did the company share wellbeing packages to support customers during the lockdowns, it also created ‘Behind the Bar’; a series of short videos shared across all social platforms, developed in a bid to share practical advice and hope during those difficult months.

Speciality Drinks is embracing its sustainability journey, making genuine progress including the introduction of improved packaging and embracing EcoSpirits technology, dramatically reducing packaging waste in the supply chain.

Introducing new mobile technology as it continues to improve efficiency and the way it communicates; the company continues to innovate and progress.
