Tasting Note
" Strongly herbal nose: angelica, juniper, wormwood, thyme, rosemary, allspice, liquorice, aloe, bay leaf, grated ginger, prunes and citrus peel. There are chewy rich herbal flavours and texture: bitter cherry and prune, with an aged balsamic note. The flavours tumble around in the mouth; very complex and ending with a very pleasant, characterful bitter note. Long and warm. "
