Tasting Note
" Pale golden colour with silvery green glints. Juicy grapey nose, lifted and unctuous. This is followed by a basket full of tropical fruits, star fruit, kumquat, lychee, yuzu, crystallised lemons, quince in honey, cardamom and coriander seeds, with carrot and ginger cake. Astonishing balance in the mouth, the expectation is for a sweet mouthful but the wine is gorgeously dry. Elegant, teasing palate, satin smooth, discreet power and effortless grace. A wine for any and all occasions. Hugely impressive. "
