" Wonderfully balanced nose for a high ABV bourbon which gives drop scones, crispy pancetta, oily bacon and some syrup notes. The palate gives much the same with the additional elements of spices (all spice) and cherry soda. A spiced cola note on the finish adds depth to this. "
