From
Speyside, Scotland
Tasting Note
" Maple syrup is the first thing on the nose, which is backed up by a waft of cigar smoke, toffee popcorn, heather and pecan pie. Very rich and sweet but with real depth. The palate is sweet and soft, with big toffee elements, some spices and a hint of lemongrass. On the finish, there is a rounded spiced element which finished with a hint of HP sauce. "
