From
British Columbia, Canada
Tasting Note
" Deep lemon gold with minute bubbles. Attractive and beautifully evolved. Complex aromas of cox’s apples, brioche and blonde tobacco, and has good autolytic character. Wonderful freshness, despite age, on the palate; due to intense citrus core, complemented by baked apples, honey and grilled almonds. Has a lingering finish. "
